The Manager is the manager of The Waylay. He is one of the last remaining versions of Nyarlathotep.
Personality[]
His behaviors are very similar to Kayne's but he is more even tempered and grounded. He speaks and behaves similarly to Kayne in Part Twenty.
He shares the same laugh as Kayne but he stifles it.
Description[]
The Manager is described to look just like Kayne, but he wears a white suit instead of wearing a black one. John describes his eyes looking less wild and frantic than Kayne's.
Tries to present himself as less frantic and wild than Kayne in his appearance.
Known Abilities[]
Can seemingly create objects that hide from Kayne's sight. He is responsible for Kayne being unable to perceive Arthur's Lighter.
